	Kari Gearhart Hawkins, Appraiser-in-training, handles marketing and computer services for the firm.  Kari has been working part-time for the firm for close to 10 years.

*  The American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers Professional Designations:

The MAI designation is the highest appraiser designation and is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential, and other types of properties who advise clients on real estate investment decisions.

The SRA designation is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation of single-family homes, townhouses, residential income properties of up to and including four units.
